Day01 Flight to Beijing - Chengdu. Rest at hotel in Chengdu.

Day02 Sight-seeing in Chengdu. Visit to Sanxingdui Ruin and teahouse.

Day03 Chengdu - Ya'an

Day04 Ya'an - Kangding. Cross over Erlang Mountain

Day05 Kangding. Visit Muge Tso and the Horse-racing Hill.

Day06 Kangding - Luhuo. Visit Tagong Temple en route.

Day07 Luhuo - Sertar. Visit to a herdsman's family

Day08 Sertar. Visit the Big White Pagoda and Sertar Temple.

Day09 Sertar - Garze. Visit Garze Temple and cross over Mt. Luoguoliangzi.

Day10 Garze - Dege. Visit Xinluhai Lake and cross over Qu'er Mountain, the first mountain on Sichuan - Tibet route.

Day11 Dege. Visit the Printing College of Buddhist Scripture in Dege and Gengqing Temple.

Day12 Dege - Babang Lamasery. After visiting Babang Lamasery, get prepared for trekking. Camping.

Day13 - 14 Trekking for 20 km to Zhongsa Temple from Babang Lamasery. Arrive at Zhongsa Temple in the morning and visit Zhongsa Lamasery. Camping.

Day15 Zhongsa Temple - Hepo Village by bus. Camping.

Day16 - 18 Start trekking. Visit Gangtuo Lamasery the first day and enjoy beautiful scenery in Tibetan Area. Arrive in Paiyul County the third day. Visit the Paiyul Temple and night stay in Paiyul Hotel.

Day19 Paiyul - Jomda

Day20 Jomda - Chamdo

Day21 Visit the Qiangbalin Lamasery and Karuo Lamasery in Chamdo. Drive to Bangda Airport.

Day22 Bangda - Chengdu - Beijing by air

Day23 Beijing. Departure.
