Group Reservation and Payment:
1, Tell us your date and flight with time of both departure and Arrival in China, make sure before quotation;

2, There are two documents required for foreign tourists who want to travel in Tibet. One is the Chinese Visa, which you can apply for in Chinese Embassy in your place. Another is the passport. E-mail us your profiles (marked in your passport) such as full name, sex, date of birth, nationality (citizenship) and passport number for reservation;

3, once the tour and flight available, we will inform you to bank wire payment of deposit to the account of our corp.; ( Remitting USD , POUNDS , EURO to our account to use the following payment routing information file )

4, after your payment has reached into our account, we will make re-confirmation to you on this reservation, and mail you some details about your tour;

5, 60days in advance make a deposit of 300USD/p.p. by bank wire to the account of our Corp. for reservation; and 45days in advance make full payment to our account by bank wire;

6, And 100USD/p.p. is not refundable if cancellation made by your side before 45days; 30% of full payment is not refundable if cancellation made by your side before 30day; and 50% of full payment is not refundable if cancellation made by your side before 7days.

Reservation for Kham & Amdo Tibet Adventure Tour:
1, choice your date and tour code;

2, e-mail us all of your profiles (marked in your passport) such as full name, sex, date of birth & place, nationality (citizenship), copy of passport (fax to +86-10-64475085 or mail it scanned in JPG), passport number and occupation, so that we can apply the permits for you from China Administration: Military Administration, Foreign Affair Office, PSB, Tourist Administration;

3, some time it's need the visa to apply the permits;

4, once all the permits and flight available, we will inform you to bank wire full payment to the account of our corp..(Account be mailed to your in our mail);

5, after your payment has reached into our account fully, we will make re-confirmation to you on reservation;

6, Some adventure tour or some sightseeing or some monasteries may be delayed or cancelled by military, religious & political reason as well as other un-controlled forces from gods such as weather and road, in this case no indemnity from our Corp., but we will adjust the itinerary and route for you;
