The first Jiuzhai Paradise International Environment Forum will take place from October 28 to 29 in Jiuzhaigou, a famous scenic spot in Aba, Tibet and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Southwest China's Sichuan Province.

The high-profile forum is jointly sponsored by the State Environmental Protection Administration, the All-China Environment Federation, the China Development Bank, and the Sichuan Environmental Protection Bureau.

A group of renowned domestic and foreign experts and high-ranking government officials in the field of environmental protection will be present and address the forum.

Representatives from international organizations, local and foreign governments, non-governmental organizations, financial and business communities will also address the forum, sharing their insight and deep knowledge in this area.

Focusing on environmental strategies against a backdrop of rapid economic development, the forum will cover strategies on water environments, energy and the environment and financing and investment.
